Tania de Jong AM is the dynamic diva, business women and entrepreneur who has launched four successful businesses (Creative Innovation 2010 and 2011, Creative Universe, Music Theatre Australia and Pot-Pourri), started two charities (The Song Room and Creativity Australia) and has the voice of an angel. Tania has performed and presented around the world. Tania shares her stories and wisdom in a moving presentation. Starting with her grandmother’s invention of the original folding umbrella, the narrow escape of her grandparents from Nazi-Europe, and the story of her parents’ survival, she weaves a moving message of ‘never say die’. Told as a fourteen year old to never bother having singing lessons and on many subsequent occasions advised to give up on her dreams, Tania has experienced the highs and lows of life and business. She is now regarded as one of Australia’s leading sopranos and most successful female entrepreneurs. Tania has won numerous awards and was named Australian Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2006. In recognition of her outstanding artistry, entrepreneurial brilliance and her major contribution to the community, she was named a Member of the Order of Australia in 2008, one of the youngest females ever to receive this Honour. Tania was named Brainlink Woman of Achievement for 2009.
Her warmth, ability to engage with audiences and connect and deliver profound messages is topped off with a special song to suit your goals for the session. Her presentations, workshops and performances can be themed to suit your specific goals and will touch your audience in so many ways.
Tania is the ideal speaker for after-dinner, breakfast or lunch spots and for Conferences and Awards programs (Opening, Closing, Keynote, Workshop), Staff Training/Personal Development Days, Client events etc.
She has presented keynote presentations and workshops for major national and international conferences, major corporations, educational and health organizations, young people's summits and Rotary District conferences. She has been heard on many radio stations and was a co-presenter on ABC 774 with Lindy Burns.
" Tania was the most engaging speaker we have had - never in my dreams did I believe I would have over 80 of my clients holding hands and singing all in tune! A great testament to the ability of Tania to not only get a critical message across but getting people to take immediate action. Leadership is about taking action - there's no doubt Tania, that is what you delivered. Great presentation, great fun and most important, a message that people won't forget. Thanks again for 'bringing to life' creativity in leadership. Others are good at the talk, you walk the talk!"
