Dino Mastroyiannis, the eminent Greek concert pianist, described as "a musical ambassador of Greece", has pursued a career of remarkable diversity.
He is "one of the biggest names which represent Greek music in the world" and he is the the most famous interpreter of the works of the legendary living Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis.
Recently, the Italian press praised him with the enthusiastic review "discovering the most secret Mozart". Maestro Mastroyiannis was the only person from Greece to whom the Internatioanl Organisation "Mozart 2006" gave its written permission to use their official logo for a very special and rare series of concerts, the "Anthology of music for Piano 4 hands".
Dino is a specialist in the performance of rare Piano repertoire. Among many other works he performed under tremendous success the world premiere of the 44-year lost Piano Concerto "Helikon of the legendary Mikis Theodarkis. |
