Cabaret is back in all its glory. The characters of the Fifties and Sixties are here to entertain and revive a time of excess, eccentricity and great, great singing. Dean Martin was an example of that great, indulgent time. The songs he sang made us think of love, the good life and how easy it all was. Dean’s Martini takes us back to this time and gives, with the wisdom of hindsight, an insight into the man, his career and those wonderful songs. David Cotter plays Dean Martin as a loving tribute by embracing his style, manners, voice and cheeky patter, telling stories and singing, singing, singing. Live that time once more, or be delightfully introduced, to a time that will never be again. Dean's Martini began as a three week season at Chapel off Chapel that extended to a five and a half month residency. Since then it has been performed solidly in festivals, corporate events, awards nights and theatres around Australia. Can perform in an intimate setting with a piano right up to a full evening with a dance band.
