This fully choreographed show is a living testimony to the original Blues Brothers band. Right from the opening bars of " Shake your tail feather " the dance floor will be jumping. Mike " Jake " Foenander and Steve " Elwood " Foenander wearing the uniforms of pork pie hats, sunglasses, and black suits take charge of the pacey show combining humour, visuals, dance routines, lighting effects and spectacular sound. From the openings bars of “Copacabana”, the invited guests (Adelaide’s “who’s who” list) to the “Boy from Oz” première night party knew they were in for a treat. The Hyatt Regency Ballroom was alive with a Rio Carnival atmosphere created by this unique ten-piece act. The Latin rhythm’s of mambo, rumba, calypso and salsa packed the dance floor all night long with select songs such as “Mambo No 5”, “Late in the Evening”, “La Vida Loca”, “Quando, Quando”, “Hot Hot Hot” and “Conga”. When the party was over the management of the Hyatt invited them to perform for their New Years Eve 2000 celebrations. Then end the night with THE LAST DAYS OF DISCO
