Royal Children's Sings commenced in 2009 and is a staff choir program based at the Royal Children's Hospital. The aim of the choir is to bring together clinical and non-clinical staff from all the different departments of the hospital and improve communication and wellbeing. For participants it is an opportunity to develop leadership potential, build self esteem, communication and creative skills. They also learn how to work as a team to meet challenges by unlocking their creative potential.

The choir is part of Creativity Australia's 'With One Voice' program founded by Tania de Jong AM. It is conducted by the inspiring Shaun Islip and performs a variety of music including dynamic African gospel songs, Australian songs and all time favourite hits such as Amazing Grace, Hallelujah, Love Changes Everything, Rhythm of Life, You'll Never Walk Alone, Waltzing Matilda and lots more!

Royal Children's Sings have performed at a number of major health conferences and other special events as well as around the Royal Children's Hospital and for the Channel 7 Good Friday Appeal. New members are welcome!
