Music Theatre Australia is led by Rebecca Bode — an opera singer whose career spans the world’s great stages. She has performed for opera companies internationally and across Australia, and remains a prolific performer in the corporate, concert and private sectors. MTA isn’t run by administrators; it’s run by a working performer who knows exactly what it takes to move a room.
Together with Jon Bode, Rebecca created the Singing Sommeliers — one of Australia’s most distinctive and sought-after corporate entertainment concepts. Through MTA she also represents artists who have performed at events including the Sydney 2000 Olympics, the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Ernst & Young, NAB and hundreds of Australia’s most prestigious occasions.
